This exclusive, private development is situated on the North Coast of Menorca, just 2km West of Fornells, the old fishing village famous for its fish restaurants. Small groups of apartments and 'garden villas' nestle into the side of a large, horseshoe-shaped bay, Cala Tirant.
Our lovely apartment we offer is in a development that we consider to be one of the finest on Menorca. It has been built around the bay of Tirant on the island’s beautiful pine scented northern coast and wherever you look there are outstanding views of the open sea.
The private complex was constructed in the traditional Menorcan way with whitewashed buildings adorned with red tiled roofs, in addition lush and luxuriant tropical gardens enhance the whole complex giving the visitor a spectacular fusion of fragrances, colour and vegetation.
Fornells - Fishing Village. The picturesque fishing village of Fornells with its extensive selection of famous fish restaurants is a five minute drive, 25 minute walk from the resort (or a short cycle ride).
It is possible to charter a small boat to take you across to picnic at one of the deserted little beaches or coves within the bay. It is a very safe bay, which is particularly suited to all manner of water sports, sailing, wind-surfing, kayaking and diving. The lovely old towns of Alayor and Mercadal are within easy reach.

Should you require it we also provide a mobile heater and dehumidifier. If required the sofa in the lounge pulls out to provide 2 more beds.

The fully tiled bathroom includes a full size bath, bidet, plus over shower and has a continuous hot water supply.
A sizeable light airy lounge. The lounge is comfortable with a 3 seater settee and an easy chair. The lounge patio doors fold back the entire width of the room to provide incredible views out to sea and the lighthouse at Cap Cavelleria.
