This exclusive, private development is situated on the North Coast of Menorca, just 2km West of Fornells, the old fishing village famous for its fish restaurants. Small groups of apartments and 'garden villas' nestle into the side of a large, horseshoe-shaped bay, Cala Tirant.

Our lovely apartment we offer is in a development that we consider to be one of the finest on Menorca. It has been built around the bay of Tirant on the island’s beautiful pine scented northern coast and wherever you look there are outstanding views of the open sea.

The private complex was constructed in the traditional Menorcan way with whitewashed buildings adorned with red tiled roofs, in addition lush and luxuriant tropical gardens enhance the whole complex giving the visitor a spectacular fusion of fragrances, colour and vegetation.

Fornells - Fishing Village. The picturesque fishing village of Fornells with its extensive selection of famous fish restaurants is a five minute drive, 25 minute walk from the resort (or a short cycle ride).

It is possible to charter a small boat to take you across to picnic at one of the deserted little beaches or coves within the bay. It is a very safe bay, which is particularly suited to all manner of water sports, sailing, wind-surfing, kayaking and diving. The lovely old towns of Alayor and Mercadal are within easy reach.

Nearest Beach	:	There is a small beach 20 minutes walk away. A short walk over the rocks will take you to the superb large sandy beach at Tirant. Alternatively a drive to Tirant Bay takes only 10 minutes.

Restrictions on smoking	:	Smoking restricted. For the comfort of our future guests, smoking is permitted in designated areas/outdoor areas only.
Bedrooms	:	The bedroom has a double bed with a full length wall to wall fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a chest-of-drawers ensuring lots of space for your clothes. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom for your comfort on warm nights and a separate movable fan unit if needed. Should you require it we also provide a mobile heater and dehumidifier. If required the sofa in the lounge pulls out to provide 2 more beds.
Bathrooms	:	The fully tiled bathroom includes a full size bath, bidet, plus over shower and has a continuous hot water supply.
Kitchen Facilities	:	Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Hob, Oven, Iron, Ironing Board, Tumble Dryer
Living Rooms	:	A sizeable light airy lounge. The lounge is comfortable with a 3 seater settee and an easy chair. The lounge patio doors fold back the entire width of the room to provide incredible views out to sea and the lighthouse at Cap Cavelleria.
Other rooms	:	A kitchen complete with a breakfast bar and dining area. There is a weekly tea towel change for 2 week or more bookings.
External facilities	:	Outside there is a terrace with patio furniture and extensive lawns in front with superb views of the Mediterranean. There are 2 swimming pools nearby, one being directly outside the apartment.

Special Notes
Child Friendly	:	Yes. Our facilities are child friendly. Whilst we consider our accommodation to be child friendly, good parental supervision should be shown at all times. Cot hire available at extra charge.
Noteworthy Features	:	There are many aspects of this pretty frontline ground floor one bedroom apartment that we hope will please you. It is decorated to a good standard. An additional benefit is that the apartment is on the ground floor level. Should you experience any problems whilst staying in our property Mike and Pat our team are contactable 24 hours a day. Mike and Pat are very professional and can deal with any difficulties you may have.

Changeover Day	:	Bookings are usually from Friday to Friday as that is when the bulk of flights leave Britain for Menorca, but please check with us for availability for alternative starting days.

Booking Notes

An initial deposit of 25% of the total charge is required with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, but we will contact you a few weeks before this is due with a reminder of the date.

Additional notes on pricing

The electricity and gas costs are included in the rental.
A small welcome food/necessities pack is provided for your convenience.

All prices are based on 2 people per apartment, and include linen change, electricity/gas and cleaning, a small extra charge is made for additional people, currently £35 per person (max 2 extra), per week. Cot hire extra.
