Car hire is recommended to make the most of your vacation and provide you with added freedom to go exploring.
If, however, you want to avoid driving, then using taxis are an ideal way to get out and about. Taxis are very cheap and can be ordered from the villa free of charge using the telephone.
Villa Gazelle is in a prime location for easy quick exploration of Dubai. You would be 15 minutes from Jumeirah Beach and less than 30 minutes from Dubai International airport, the City Centre and Creek by car or taxi.
As an extra service we can arrange to have transport waiting for you at the airport to escort you to Villa Gazelle. Alternatively if you have arranged a hire car we can arrange to have someone drive another car in front of you leading you to Villa Gazelle.
If you want to be driven around Dubai in style then a chauffeur can be arranged to take you where ever whenever you want.

The Lounge/Dining Room is very spacious and airy with 13ft high ceilings. Furnishings include a very large leather sofa, Indian wood dining table that seats eight and a matching coffee table. A cabinet underneath the 42” Plasma TV houses the Satellite TV channel receiver and DVD player.
An Internet connection is also made available by Ethernet or Wireless connection to your laptop.
Adjoining the Lounge/Dining room, there is a fully fitted modern kitchen. All the things you would expect and need are provided in the kitchen should you choose to prepare your food at home in the villa.

Through the gate, leading off the garden you can gain access to the pathways that surround the lake and community. The path also leads to the communal swimming pools should you want to use them.

Heating of the swimming pool is not included within our rental rates. For the majority of the year there is no need to have the pool heated. However, during the winter months (Nov – Feb) some guests prefer to heat the pool. There is an additional charge of £65 per week to have the pool heated. Please advise at the time of booking if you would like the pool heated.

Yes. Our facilities are child friendly. If you have small children and you and your partner want some time to yourselves then why not arrange to have a baby sitter come to the Villa Gazelle and look after your children, while you and your partner go and enjoy an evening together alone.

Cleaning
:
Villa Gazelle is cleaned once per week and the bed linen and towels are changed once per week, all included within the booking fee. However, if you prefer we can arrange at a comparatively small extra cost a living maid or a maid that would come in as often as you needed. They would clean, tidy up, make the beds etc. They could even cook for you if that was needed. We know you are on vacation so if you want someone else to clean up after you then we can arrange it.

At the Arabian Ranches the village community supermarket, shops and restaurants are approx 1.5km from the Villa Gazelle.
Villa Gazelle can provide you with a grocery service where you can pre-order some basics from the supermarket. Allowing you to have some provisions there ready for your arrival at the Villa. Things like, milk, bread, vegetables, baby food, eggs, etc. You tell us what you need and we will have the items placed in your fridge and cupboards ready. Saving you having to spend the first day of your vacation searching the local supermarket.

Booking Notes
A deposit of 20% of the booking fee is required as confirmation of the booking. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Eight weeks before your arrival at Villa Gazelle the balance of the booking fee is due.
At the same time as making the balance payment a security deposit of £300 for stays of less than 14 days, £600 (GBP) for stays greater than 14 days is due to cover any damage incurred to Villa Gazelle or its contents during your stay.

The booking fees are the total you will pay for the entire use of Villa Gazelle and all its facilities, including the swimming pool, for the duration of your visit. Remember, the Villa sleeps up to 8 people comfortably, so it is perfect for two families to share.
