This top floor and rooftop terrace apartment has ducted air-conditioning, is luxuriously appointed with three bedrooms, one queen and two twins (which zip up to create king size beds if preferred) two bathrooms, a wonderful gourmet kitchen and open plan lounge/dining opening out onto the covered patio.
Up a short spiral staircase to the top floor you find the private roof terrace featuring a 4 person spa, gas barbeque and dining furniture. Not to mention the fantastic views across the beach and sea. The perfect spot to enjoy those beautiful North Queensland clear night skies.
The apartment also boasts a spectacular lap pool at the front of the property for those who prefer to swim in fresh water and a lock up garage for secure parking.
