This US Virgin Islands private villa is named Siempré Azul reflecting the remarkably rich variants of blue sky and water above and below it. Siempré Azul is a custom Caribbean villa rental located above Friis Bay, just south of the quiet St. John, USVI, community of Coral Bay. Perched not far above the surf, this luxurious and romantic St. John villa rental has a spectacular ocean-front view! From north to south your eyes will travel the blue waters from Coral Bay harbor, past East End and on out to the dancing Caribbean sea.
St. John is beach heaven. The most popular and most famous beaches are located on the North Shore Road such as Hawksnest Bay, Cinnamon Bay, Trunk Bay, Maho Bay and a favorite with locals is the Francis Bay beach.
The south shore beaches are found just up the road from the Villa Siempré Azul. There you will find two of the local favorites: Salt Pond Beach and Lameshur.
If you don't mind a short walk go to Salt Pond bay and after some great snorkeling and a little sunbathing follow the trail at the end of the beach which will take you to Drunk Bay or out on the point to Ram's Head where you will be rewarded with a fabulous view above the surf.

Travel

The small island of St. John is serviced by the Cyril King Airport (STT) on St. Thomas. Have the taxi dispatcher direct you to the vehicle taking the most direct route to the Red Hook ferry dock. If other passengers are being dropped off along the way the 45 minute ride may take a bit longer -- but no need to worry as the 20 minute ferry to Cruz Bay, St.John departs every hour until midnight.
The taxi will cost approximately $12 for the first person in a party and $9 for each additional person plus a small luggage fee. The passenger ferry to Cruz Bay costs $3 per person, one way.
If your host has not arranged to greet you at Cruz Bay on St. John you can walk or take a taxi to any one of several car rental agencies located minutes from the dock.
4 wheel drives are recommended as the roads are steep, often rocky and can be slippery in heavy rain. Renting: In order to rent you must be at least 26 years old, with valid license and major credit card. Foreign drivers should obtain a temporary permit from department of public safety.

Booking Notes

Fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of your villa rental is required for booking. The balance is to be paid two weeks prior to arrival along with the security deposit. The villa rental booking fee is nonrefundable.
Security Deposit: $250.00, will be returned within two weeks of your departure.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Deposits and final payments are fully refundable up to 60 days prior to booked dates after which there will be no refund unless the cancelled dates are re booked. If the cancelled dates are re booked the deposit and final payment will be refunded within 60 days, less a 15% handling fee.
