Main bedroom has ensuite with bath and shower; bedrooms 2 & 3 are self contained units which share an ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom 4 is also self contained and has its own toilet and washbasin. Lounge with American style kitchen and breakfast bar, and a sun room overlooking the pool with views to the Med. This villa is ideal for large parties i.e. two families, there are two additional folding beds that can be used to accommodate a further two people in the twin rooms. The villa has its own private pool which faces due south and looks out over the Med, there is a roof terrace, bbq, basic satellite TV with limited channels, DVD player with selection of films and a CD player.
