We recommend hiring a car as there are many attractions to see within easy driving distance. We do have a local keyholder who is able to collect you from Murcia and Alicante airports for 50 Euros - Murcia or 75 euros - Alicante.

This is generally on Saturday as we prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings. However alternative days can be negotiated especially for bookings during the low season.
Please vacate the apartment before 10am on your day of departure and arrive after 3pm. This also may be negotiated depending on the next/previous occupancy.

2007 Weekly Prices
Prices are for the rental of the apartment (not per person!)
All Included in the price: bed linen, towels, air conditioning, electricity, water, and hand over cleaning. (When comparing prices please be aware many other apartment rentals charge extra for these).

Some Guidelines
Credit Card Payment
Payment by credit card will mean the deposit is not required but will be secured against your credit card.
Booking Deposit
We always recommend booking by credit card this gives you peace of mind and no deposit is required.
However we recognise that you may wish to pay by cash or deal directly with us this is the process for cash sales: -
Booking will be confirmed on receipt of £100 deposit (€150). The full payment, plus a refundable security deposit of £150, (€225) required 6 weeks before start of holiday. to be paid by Cash, cheque or bank transfer.
A full inventory will be carried out and deposit returned dependant on inventory.
If you wish to arrive late this can be arranged but there would be a late arrival callout charge - £23 (35€) (defined as after 8pm).
After your stay, subject to the safe return of all keys and no damage or breakages the £150 deposit will be returned. If you do not wish to leave a deposit you may book by credit card using the details below.
Payment
Final payment is due 6 weeks prior to departure. This can be paid by cheque to us in sterling in the UK or this can be paid into our Spanish bank account in Euros, we will send you an invoice at the time and include Spanish bank account details. You will also receive a full welcome pack with address, full directions and key contact etc. If payment is not received 3 weeks prior to departure the booking will be treated as cancelled and the full deposit claimed.

Changes
Prior to the final payment, booking changes to alternative dates may be possible if the new dates are free.
