Bedrooms	:	Ground floor family suite has a very large twin room with plenty of extra room for z-bed (provided) if required. It also has a double room. First floor has 1 double, 1 single room.
Bathrooms	:	En-suite level access shower room for family suite. Shared shower room for double and single rooms on first floor.
Kitchen Facilities	:	Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Hob, Oven, Iron, Ironing Board, Coffee Machine, Full Crockery
Living Rooms	:	Large lounge with feature spiral staircase. Large kitchen/diner.
External facilities	:	The pool is solar heated and the pool area is protected with an insect screen for the comfort of the guests. There are plenty of sun terraces and shady spots within the gardens. There is a petanque court, a BBQ area and sun loungers and garden furniture are supplied.
Additional information	:	The solar heated pool is for the sole use of guests staying within the finca of 3 houses.

Special Notes
Disabled Access	:	Yes. We are able to offer facilities for disabled and/or wheelchair access. The finca is fully wheelchair accessible with no steps, wide doorways and some of the rooms are very large and have en suite level access showers for wheelchair users. The pool is solar heated and there is a pool hoist for disabled access. Various items of medical equipment such as mobile electric hoist, shower chairs and toilet seat raisers are also available.
Child Friendly	:	Yes. Our facilities are child friendly. Although we welcome children, we ask parents to be resposible for them and to consider other guests. Parents must also be responsible for their childrens safety as the pool is not supervised.
Pets Allowed	:	Yes. Pets are welcome.

Cleaning	:	Property is cleaned on changeover days but guests are requested to leave it tidy.
Is bed Linen provided	:	Yes, bed linen is provided. Linen is changed weekly for guests staying for 2 weeks or more.

Activities

The immediate area is ideal for walking, cycling or birdwatching and within 1/2 hours drive is the regional natural park of the Sierra Espuñas.

Golf

Within a 15 minute drive is an 18 hole golf course at Camposol and also the prestigious Hacienda del Alamo golf resort. Many other golf courses can be found within about 1 hours drive.

Further Details

The large village of Las Palas which has several bars and shops is 5 minute drive although Fuente Alamo which is a market town has more choice and is about 15 minutes away.
There are 2 excellent golf courses within 15 minutes and within 1/2 hour can be found the blue flag sandy beaches of Puerto de Mazarron, the mountains of the Sierra Espuñas and the historic city of Cartagena with its fantastic shops.
