20 minute walk (5 minute drive) to Consum supermarket at La Zenia. 10 minute walk to the Cabo Roig Strip with its many bars and restaurants; Listers, Bar Med, Italian Affair, Bushwackers, Pasty Shack, Queen Victoria Pub, Calypso Barn, Shalimar Indian to name just a few. The "Strip" has a great atmosphere, especially in the summer.
Playa Flamenca market is held on a Saturday and would be the closest to this property, approximately 10 minutes drive. Aqua Park and Pacha night club at Torrevieja, 10 minute drive.

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
