The fabulous beaches of Guardamar and La Zenia are only 15 minutes drive and the local traditional villages of Algorfa, Los Montesinos and Almoradi are minutes away.

The large lounge diner is air conditioned and includes a TV with DVD player and selection of DVDs, CD Hi-Fi with selection of CDs and a selection of Board Games.

Both bedrooms have twin beds,fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite W.C and Shower.

Kitchen

The American style kitchen is fully fitted and with all necessary utensils provided.

The house bathroom has a shower and bidet.

La Finca Golf

La Finca is a championship course and one of the best in the area. The apartment is situated opposite the 5th fairway and the club house and restaurant is within walking distance.

Our apartment is positioned in one of the best locations within the resort, being close to amenities, yet in a quiet gated community, second line to the fourth and fifth fairways of the golf course.

La Finca Golf Resort is set in the heart of the Spanish countryside near the village of Algorfa and is perfect for those who are looking for a holiday home away from the hubub yet close to the coast and necessary amenities. If you enjoy playing golf in a wonderful natural setting, La Finca is an oasis at the foot of the Escotera Mountains, and home to a variety of migratory birds. Egrets and ducks have made the lakes and reed beds their home and the course has many olive and palm trees adding to the Mediterranean feel.
There are many other golf courses in the area for those wishing to enjoy a variety of golf, including Villamartin, La Ramblas, Real Campoamor and the well known resort of La Manga.

We have attempted to provide all of the necessary facilities and comforts that most people expect on their holiday abroad whilst charging both reasonable and competitive rental rates.

We employ an experienced local property management services partner who maintain our apartment, will Meet and Greet you personally and provide support to yourselves should the need arise during your stay.


Access and Availability
Changeover Day	:	Arrival and departure: access to the apartment will be from 15:00 pm on arrival day and the apartment must be vacated by no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure. Possible variation to these times may only be agreed with the owners and prior to departure. A €20 surcharge is payable locally should arrival times be after 21:00.

Booking Notes

Booking: a £100 non-refundable deposit plus £50 security deposit is required with all bookings. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date. Click here for full booking conditions.

Cancellation charges: if cancelled within 28 days of departure - 50% of balance. Within 15 days -70%. Less than 7 days of departure - 100% of balance.

* Rental rates: are for the apartment per booking sleeping up to a maximum of four. A €55 local cleaning charge is payable in cash on collection of keys.

**Price guarantee: make your booking now, safe in the knowledge that should you find an advertised property on la finca urbanization of similar specification and facilities within 7 days of booking, we will refund the difference.

Rates: all rates include a personal meet and greet service, electricity, gas, water, linen, towels and apartment preparation prior to arrival. For 14 night stays maid service is available on the 8th day for change of linen, towels, bath mats and freshening up of bathrooms.
