This Penthouse is on the 5th Floor which has a lift. It is set in beautiful gardens with two swimming pools, (one for children). The best feature is the stunning sea views and the very large terrace which is a real sun trap and a favourite with our guests. We are situated halfway between Fuengirola and Marbella, about 10 minutes either way by car. It has many bars/restaurants all within a five minutes walk. There are three supermarkets also within a five minute walk. The popularity of this area is that it is so close to all the amenities that it is not essential to drive. We also have permission to use Crown Resorts facilities in the Summer months which includes Mini-Golf, Mini-Gym, Pool, Two Pool Tables, a grassed area for football/basketball. Plus the Poolside Snack Bar. There are tennis courts nearby and Golf Courses, Go-Karting, Snorkelling etc. All the main attractions are easily accessible from here.

There are Patio Doors in the lounge which lead onto the very large Terrace. Here you have six sun beds a small table with two chairs and a larger table with 4 chairs. There is a BBQ and a power point to plug in your music, i.e. radio. Too make it more inviting there are various plants and flowers. Together with the fabulous views, this is an ideal place to chill out.

Disabled Access
:
Restricted. We are able to offer restricted facilities for disabled and/or wheelchair access. Access to the apartment is fine for a partially disabled person, i.e. if you can stand, the terrace is large enough for a wheelchair to be used. A wheelchair can gain access to the shower room if it is not too wide but you would have to be able to stand to get into the shower or sit on the toilet.
Child Friendly
:
Yes. Our facilities are child friendly. The Penthouse is child friendly but would ask parent to be with their children when on the Terrace, especially if they like to climb on chairs, we are five floors up and its a long way down. Also, they should supervised when near the swimming pool.
Pets Allowed

Restricted. Some pets can be accommodated. Small dogs can be allowed as long as they are house trained and don't foul the gardens as children play there in the Summer months.
Noteworthy Features
:
The access to the Community (Apartments) has an incline leading onto the road, it's not very long but could be difficult if very old or someone has to push a wheelchair up it. Otherwise everywhere else is o.k. The maintenance for the Community is normally carried out during the Winter months.

The cleaning is done on changeover days only. Unless asked for in which case there will be a charge.

Yes, bed linen is provided. Weekly if for two whole weeks or more.
Are towels provided

Yes, towels are provided. Although all towels are provided for the apartment, could you please bring your own Beach Towels. If you stay for less than two weeks then towels will be changed only on changeover days, if for two weeks or three weeks then they are changed very week.

There is Scuba diving, fishing, Go-Karting at Funny Beach 10 mins down the coast before Marbella Town. Para gliding, Tennis, Ice-skating, Bowls, Horse riding and much more.
Golf
Miraflores Golf Course is less than 10 minutes drive away, it has an 18 hole course and Club House. There is a 9 hole Golf Course in Calahonda a 5 mins drive away, also La Cala Golf course is about 10 minutes drive away. There are many Golf Courses along this coast within a half an hour drive away.
Further Details
There are two Banks within walking distance and several bars that also do food and several restaurants, Georges Bar is very popular and Max Beach Bar with its decking overlooking the beach is a must. There are supermarkets for all your weekly provisions and a Gymnasium, Tennis Courts, hairdressers, beauty treatments, all within walking distance. A 10 minute drive away brings you to La Cañada shopping Mall with all the main High Street shops there. There is another shopping Mall in Fuengirola the Miramar which also has English speaking films on. There is a lovely Zoo here in Fuengirola plus many more bars & restaurants and beaches. La Cala de Mijas is a village which has a Market twice a week and many eating places with a very nice beach, this is about 3 or 4 minutes away by car. If you wish to go a bit further on from Fuengirola then you come into the lovely town of Benelmadena, this has a beautiful marina with many bars and restaurants. You can take boat trips from here and go to Sea Life where you can stroke the Manta Rays, a lovely experience for kids.
If you want a quieter holiday then you can sunbathe in the gardens by the Pool and just read a book, or sunbathe on the private terrace and look at the stunning views or watch the other holiday makers enjoying themselves. The choice is yours, whatever your preference, there is something to suit everybody here. There are leaflets in the apartment which details all the main attractions if you wish to be more adventurous and my husband and I are on hand if you need any information or help, we live less than 5 minutes away, so you don't have to worry if you have any problems.

Although a Saturday is preferred for arrivals, where possible we can have guests on other days during the week. The arrival time is 4.00p.m. and check out time is 10.00a.m. This allows us time to thoroughly clean the apartment. If guests are not flying back till later, we can arrange to have their luggage left at our house.

Booking Notes
I require £250.00 deposit to secure the booking and £250.00 refundable damage deposit. The balance plus refundable deposit is required two months before arrival. We live three minutes away by car and meet our guests at the gates of the gardens, we show them around and how everything works and give them the keys. We leave our telephone number in case they need help at any time.
