This 2 bedroomed modern villa completed in 2002, is ideally situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Peyia, near Coral Bay and Paphos, within a maturing garden featuring fruit and palm trees, and enclosed by a hibiscus hedge.

The villa provides a central location for touring Western Cyprus. It has a lovely private pool, with wide Roman steps and a handrail for easy access. There are lovely views of the sea and hills, and the air here is above the humidity level of the coast. The undeveloped Akamas Peninsula is nearby.

External facilities	:	The private 8m x 4m pool (depths 1m-2m) has lighting for night-time, and is regularly maintained. Back garden equipped with seating areas and BBQ. Sunloungers, umbrellas and garden furniture. Large balcony equipped with table and chairs, overlooking pool.
Additional information	:	Free air conditioning, 1st June – 30th September, Air conditioning is available at other times at CY£3 per wall unit per day, payable there, in advance.

No grab rails. Not suitable for wheelchairs.
