Villa Gralheira has a private swimming pool 9m x 5m (depth 1.2m - 1.5m) with a child's paddling pool. The villa has a built in barbecue.
Villa Gralheira is conveniently situated and within easy reach of Messines and the historic town of Silves. Amorosa is within walking distance of the villa where there are a few local shops, cafes/bars.

Changeover Day	:	If you prefer to travel on a particular day or date, please contact us as it is likely we can be flexible (link below). Following preparations for your arrival the accommodation will normally be available from 1400 hours. Upon your departure the villa should be vacated by 1000 hours, to enable arrangements to be made for incoming visitors.

Booking Notes

Provisional Bookings will be held for seven days. A deposit of 25% is required, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday commencement date. In every case, with the exception of long winter lets, the price quoted is for the property per week for the specified number of people and includes gas, water, electricity and villa cleaning.
In case of cancellation, your deposit is not refundable and the total cost will be forfeited when cancellation is made within eight weeks of the intended date of your holiday commencing.
