The town of Pera has shops, banks and restaurants. Good choice of beaches in this area. Approximately 20kms from the historical town of Silves and 35kms from Faro Airport. Golf, the Algarve Shopping Centre, Zoo Marine and the Water Park are within ten minutes drive from the villa.


Access and Availability
Changeover Day	:	Flexible changeover days. Following preparations for your arrival the accommodation will normally be available from 1400 hours. Upon your departure the villa should be vacated by 1000 hours, to enable arrangements to be made for incoming visitors.

Booking Notes

Provisional Bookings will be held for seven days. A deposit of 25% is required, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday commencement date. In case of cancellation, your deposit is not refundable and the total cost will be forfeited when cancellation is made within eight weeks of the intended date of your holiday commencing.
We acknowledge that visitors generally take great care during their occupation of holiday accommodation. We understand that accidental damage can occur when it is inappropriate to apportion blame. A security deposit or breakage indemnity is required with the final rental balance.
