The swimming pool measures 8m x 4m, the depth 1-2m. A barbecue is provided. The property was originally a fruit farm and within the grounds the fruits available include oranges, lemons, grapes and figs.
A delightful covered area for outside dining and shade.
The town of Silves has an ancient cathedral and a 12th century castle. The town has a variety of restaurants including Rui's the famous Algarvian seafood restaurant. Further inland the picturesque village of Caldas de Monchique is noted for its spa water. The journey towards Monchique reveals some spectacular views to the southwest.
The nearest coastal resort is Carvoeiro (25 minutes drive from Casa Queimada) close to Carvoeiro are several small sandy coves with excellent beaches.

A good range of shops, restaurants, banks etc. nearby in both Silves. The neary village of Pedreira has a small shop and bar/restaurant. There is also a local bar/restaurant just 3km from the villa.


Access and Availability
Changeover Day	:	If you wish to travel on a particular date we can offer you flexibility. Following preparations for your arrival the accommodation will normally be available from 1400 hours. Upon your departure the villa should be vacated by 1000 hours, to enable arrangements to be made for incoming visitors.

Booking Notes

Provisional Bookings will be held for seven days. A deposit of 25% is required, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday commencement date.
In case of cancellation, your deposit is not refundable and the total cost will be forfeited when cancellation is made within eight weeks of the intended date of your holiday commencing.
Your cover in case of accidental damage.
We acknowledge that visitors generally take great care during their occupation of holiday accommodation. We understand that accidental damage can occur when it is inappropriate to apportion blame. A security deposit or breakage indemnity is required with the final rental balance.
