Activities

The beaches are approximately 10-15 minutes drive from the villa. Other attractions with children in mind, include Zoo Marine Sea Life Centre, water amusement parks and Krazy Golf. Scuba diving is available at Carvoeiro - approximately 20 minutes drive.

There is a very good choice of golf courses in the central Algarve. Silves Golf an 18 hole course is 2.6kms from Casa Nova.

A range of mini-markets, banks and supermarkets can be found at Silves.
Silves has many interesting shops, restaurants a XII century castle, museum and cathedral. The beaches are approximately 20-25 minutes drive from the villa. Other attractions with children in mind include Zoo Marine Sea Life Centre, Water amusement parks and Krazy Golf.
A welcome pack is provided.


Access and Availability
Changeover Day	:	We can offer flexible changeover days where possible. Following preparations for your arrival the accommodation will normally be available from 1400 hours. Upon your departure the villa should be vacated by 1000 hours, to enable arrangements to be made for incoming visitors.

Booking Notes

Provisional Bookings will be held for seven days. A deposit of 25% is required, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday commencement date.
In case of cancellation, your deposit is not refundable and the total cost will be forfeited when cancellation is made within eight weeks of the intended date of your holiday commencing.
We advise you to insure your holiday against cancellation when your booking has been confirmed. Always ensure that you are properly covered with medical insurance for the whole duration of your holiday.
A security deposit is required with the final balance.
