Casa Nunes is situated in the Odelouca Valley. The towns of Silves and Portimao are approximately 12km to the east and west respectively. The coastal resort of Carvoeiro is approx. 25 minutes by car. There are many excellent restaurants and shops in Silves and Portimao and more locally a good choice of restaurants can be found on the Monchique Road.

There is a very good choice of golf courses in the central Algarve. Silves Golf an 18 hole course is approximately 25 minutes drive from Casa Nunes.

A range of mini-markets, banks and supermarkets can be found in Silves and Portimao.
Silves has many interesting shops, restaurants a XII century castle, museum and cathedral. The beaches are approximately 25 minutes drive from the villa.

The nearest water park is approximately 25 minutes drive.

Access and Availability
Changeover Day	:	We can offer flexible changeover days where possible. Following preparations for your arrival the accommodation will normally be available from 1400 hours. Upon your departure the villa should be vacated by 1000 hours, to enable arrangements to be made for incoming visitors.

Booking Notes

Provisional Bookings will be held for seven days. A deposit of 25% is required, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday commencement date.
In case of cancellation, your deposit is not refundable and the total cost will be forfeited when cancellation is made within eight weeks of the intended date of your holiday commencing.
We advise you to insure your holiday against cancellation when your booking has been confirmed. Always ensure that you are properly covered with medical insurance for the whole duration of your holiday.
A security deposit is required with the final balance.
