Activities
The Mar Menor is Europes largest salt-water lagoon, which contains rich mud full of minerals which can aid skin complaints. It is separated from the Mediterranean by the narrow La Manga strip.
he area offers all water related sports, including kite surfing, water skiing, canoeing, windsurfing and sailing. Other activities that can be enjoyed include a nature reserve, horse riding, walking, cycling and golf available all year round.

The Polaris World, Mar Menor Golf Resort has its own 9 hole par 36 golf course designed by Dave Thomas, who has maintained the regions flora and fauna within the 2.996 m2 area and it will be expanded to 18 holes with completion due in 2008. The course has 2 par 3's, 3 par 4's and 2 par 5's with tight fairways, together with a driving range, chipping and putting green. Holes 3, 4 and 5 have large water features and most holes have a bunker.
A handicap card (max. Gents 28 Ladies 36) is required and will be checked.

£200 deposit per week required, balance payable 8 weeks before start of holiday together with £150 as security against breakages, damage and as a deposit against our Terms & Conditions. This will be returned to you once it has been confirmed by our local agent that no breakages, damage or other breaches of our Terms & Conditions have occurred during your rental at the villa and is normally within 14 days of the rental end date.
