Travel Long haul flights to San Juan, Antigua or St. Martin, then a local flight into Nevis.
Long haul also into St. Kitts, then a local ferry ride to Nevis. We are not near a main road, so a rental car is recommended. There are two supermarkets and many smaller shops a short drive away.

Our tropical gardens are regularly visited by a troup of monkeys during the cooler daylight hours. Otherwise, you can enjoy utmost privacy. Our gardener works mornings, but if you need extra privacy, our housekeepr will give him paid time off.

Our housekeeper will keep the house clean and tidy, do the washing up, make beds etc.
Any cooking or food preparation must be a matter of a separate financial arrangement with her.

Restricted. We are able to offer restricted facilities for disabled and/or wheelchair access. The property was not designed with the disabled in mind. However, the Main House is all on one level (3 steps up from the drive), and it is possible to drive a car across the lawns to our pool area.

No. We are sorry, our facilities are not child friendly. Children welcome, but good parental supervision should be shown at all times.

No. We are sorry, pets cannot be accommodated.
Noteworthy Features

The pool is serviced by contractor twice a week.
Children are welcome, but little ones will need constant supervision as we have high balconies and the pool is not child proof.

The little island of Nevis (pop 9,000) is off the beaten track of mass tourism. There is plenty to keep you busy (museums, watersports, golf, hiking, sightseeing etc.) if you wish, or while away the time on our beautiful uncrowded beaches, on our cool verandahs or in and around our private pool, tennis court or terraced gardens.

A 50% deposit to confirm a booking. (A smaller initial depost is requested for bookings more than 6 months ahead). Balance of rental due in US$ by wire transfer 6 weeks prior to arrival.
We accept payments by wire transfer in US$. We may agree deposits payable by personal cheque in your own currency at exchange rate ruling at the time of banking in Nevis.
We do not accept funds for payment to third parties. Any overpayments will be refunded to guests in person, in local currency (EC$), on arrival at the property.
Our housekeeper will be at the property to greet guests at a pre-arranged time of arrival.
