Both apartments are fully fitted for self catering, with full size kitchen items, ample seating. Apartment 2 has the added luxury of an American fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Outside the shared swimming pool is available for guests to enjoy with a table, chairs and sun beds at your disposal. The pool is 9x4m and 1.4m deep and has a security gate. There is an outside shower provided and a toilet/changing room.
Guests can enjoy the lake area as a quiet place to sit and read and relax. You will find plenty of seating area around the lake and a covered barbeque area and BBQ is supplied for outdoor dining, in a beautiful setting.

A car is recommended to make the most of the area. We are situated approximately 8 hours from the northern ferry ports and less than one hour from Limoges airport offering cheap flights from 5 UK destinations

Booking Notes
A 20% deposit is required on booking with balance payable by sterling cheque or bank transfer at least 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. We can also accept a euro bank transfer to our French bank account.
We require a refundable £100 security deposit per booking in case of damage/breakages. (payable with the final balance). All our terms and conditions will be sent along with the booking form.

Additional notes on pricing
Prices are for the entire apartment per week with self catering facilities. Linen and towels (not pool towels) are provided. Heating is provided free of charge in the winter months.
