Nearest Beach

Beautiful beaches, unspoilt by development. The most popular are supervised and are, of course, ideal for children.

The house is situated on the south Brittany coast between Lorient and Vannes on the outskirts of the fishing port of Etel. It is within sight of the sea, and a short walk across the grass covered dunes takes you to the unlimited sand of the Breton beaches. These are really beautiful, being still unspoilt by development. The most popular are supervised and are, of course, ideal for children.

Travel

There are many interesting places to explore including the stone-age Standing Stones at Carnac, the unspoiled villages of the Gulf of Morbihan, and the Quiberon Peninsula. A car is essential for the more distant of these explorations, although it is possible to rent bicycles locally. St. Nazaire, with its German U-boat pens, and beautiful new bridge over the Loire and Nantes are about an hours drive
to the South.

Further Details

The area is still very uncommercialised. This is not an area where you will find fish and chip shops or British style pubs. However, the locally caught sea-food washed down with the region’s Muscadet is famous!
The near-by small towns of Etel and Erdeven offer shopping facilities to cater for all tastes. In Auray there are larger shops, most of the major banks and a big hypermarket.

Booking Notes

To reserve the Property, the client should complete and sign the booking form (available on our website, link below) and return it together with payment of the initial non-refundable deposit (25% of the total rent due). The balance of the rent is payable not less than eight weeks before the start of the rental period.
A security deposit of 110 euros for the rental period is required on arrival. Refundable 1 month after the end of
the letting less any charges for breakages. Minor breakages of glass or crockery are not charged.

All other dates*	£380.00 per week

Additional notes on pricing

Prices shown are for the weekly rental of the property. The house is available outside the peak periods at lower cost but with a supplement for the cost of heating based on electricity consumption.
*Rentals in December, January and February will have an additional charge for electricity for heating costs added.

Price is inclusive of all gas, water and electricity cost, and is for a maximum of four persons plus infant.
