The sitting room is open plan with two large comfortable sofas and one large chair, coffee table, stand lamp and large television DVD player. To keep the children happy there is also a Sony Playstation.

Golf can be played at Aphrodite Hills golf course this is approx 1hr away the course features the following;
18 holes, Par 71/70, 6232 metres. Carved out of groves of carob and olive trees on 2 high plateaux divided by a ravine; the championship standard course opened in October 2002 overlooks the Mediterranean with all but a few holes, enjoying superb sea views. There's double ended 350 metre practice range, also offering 4 target greens with accompanying bunkers. For those who only have time for a short practice round, there are 3 academy holes (1 Par3, and 2 Par4). On hand are 2 resident professional golf instructors.
Last but not least the 19th hole, a superb clubhouse with pro shop, restaurant and bar overlooking 18th hole.

Peyia (Pegeia) Village is only a couple of minutes away from the villa. Here you will find banks, restaurants, taverns’, supermarkets and shops. It is one of the most popular and picturesque villages in Cyprus, it has an attractive cistern-fountain in the middle of the square. Coral Bay Resort, with its great beaches (the best in Paphos), nightlife, bars restaurants and shops is less than a 5 minute drive from the villa.
