GOLF DEL SUR is a small coastal resort of low rise apartment complexes and a few hotels. Most of whom open their facilities to non-residents.
The area has been thoughtfully designed around the golf course and has a relaxed village atmosphere.
A coast path offers a pleasant walk to the centre of town, on to Los Abrigos or out towards Costa del Silencio. Several bars and restaurants can be found on the waterside.

The bedroom sleeps two in a double room. There are individual bedside cabinets, plenty of drawers and full width mirror-fronted built-in wardrobes with an abundance of coat-hangers. Louver shutters with mosquito nets allow you to maintain your privacy and leave the sash windows open for air circulation.

The bathroom is equipped with a bath with shower over, hand basin with large mirror and shaver point, bidet and WC and has plenty of space for toiletries etc.
The living room has a breakfast bar, dining table and chairs, a two-seater sofa (which folds out as an extra double bed) and armchairs. It is equipped with TV and video, music centre (CD, cassette, radio), books, tapes and indoor games. There is also additional wardrobe and drawer space. Full width patio doors open onto the balcony.

The complex includes a friendly and relaxed terrace bar & restaurant overlooking the lagoon style swimming pool and sun deck with a separate pool for small children. The complex is built on a hillside in an irregular pattern of angles and layers and, from the lobby, paths meander down through mature lush tropical gardens filled with bird song and the sound of the cascading waterfall.

The complex is 5 minutes walk from the Golf Club. Golf del Sur (27 holes). 6422 yards 72 Par, 6050 and 6002 yards 71 Par.
The town Golf del Sur is home to a course of the same name. The course was designed by architect Pepe Garcedo and opened in 1987. It is one of the most important golf courses on Tenerife and has hosted the European PGA Tour on many occasions. The wide fairways are lined with over 8,000 palm trees and are enhanced by the striking black sand bunkers.

Additional facilities are available throughout the resort as most hotels and complexes have restaurants, bars, pools and facilities that are open to non-residents.

Booking Notes
When making a booking more than 12 weeks prior to departure, a deposit of £75 per week is required.
The balance in full must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure.
In the event of payment not being received in full by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
As this is a privately owned apartment, you will be provided with keys for the front door for which we will require an additional £25 deposit — it will be refunded when the keys are returned to us. If the keys are lost or not returned for any reason, the £25 will be withheld and used towards changing the locks.
