The villa is situated on the outskirts of the quaint old village of Tias and is cared for by the friendly owner Vicki, who lives in the villa next door and is on hand should you need assistance. External facilities

French doors lead out from the kitchen to a secluded sun terrace shaded by a pergola and overlooking a large garden area. Here there is a patio table and chairs suitable for breakfast or afternoon tea. A small gate leads to the pool terrace, a very pretty area with an attractive, shaped 7x4 metre swimming pool. There is a further table and chairs on the pool terrace and this can be shaded by the lovely ornamental flowering tree, making an ideal spot for al-fresco dining and poolside barbecues. Sun loungers and an outside shower complete the poolside facilities.
